  • The diamond is the highest hardness and sharpness.     In the process of electroplated diamond, more than 90% of the electroplating layer is bad due to the bad treatment. Therefore, to improve the electroplating quality, the most important is to do the pre-plating treatment.
    The pretreatment contents include: oil removal, rust prevention, etching, pickling, activation cleaning, auxiliary electrode and mounting etc.
